LINGUA was launched to publish quality research output available for scholars in the field of language teaching, culture, and linguistics. LINGUA (p-ISSN: 1979-9411, e-ISSN: 2442-238X) is an open access academic, scholarly peer-reviewed journal and follows a double blind review policy. LINGUA calls for unpublished original manuscripts for publication. The papers in length between 3,500 to 8,000 words submitted to LINGUA should not have already been published elsewhere except circulated as conference presentations, nor should they be submitted simultaneously to another journal. LINGUA primarily focuses on research on language learning and teaching in context of EFL/ESL, in a variety of levels including school level, university level, institute level, etc. Researches on culture and linguistics are of the secondary interest of LINGUALINGUA welcomes papers on teaching and learning any component of language, including skills and sub-skills, as well as teaching/learning translation, literature, etc. Research on the use of new technologies such as CALL and MALL for teaching/learning languages is also considered appropriate for LINGUA. Research on culture of various perspectives as well as linguistics is also welcome.  In addition, LINGUA also considers papers in the areas of applied linguistics, pragmatic, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, literary works, and discourse analysis. Reviews of literature are also acceptable for the LINGUA.  Scope of LINGUA may include:

CALL FOR PAPERS:

LINGUA calls for unpublished original manuscripts for publication. The papers submitted to LINGUA should not have already been published elsewhere except circulated as conference presentations, nor should they be submitted simultaneously to another journal. Papers submitted to LINGUA can be written both in Indonesian and English in the length between 4,000 to 8,000 words for the original paper including references, and 3,500 to 5,000 words for the review paper excluding references, typed in a single space, in margins of 3 cm of all sides. The papers submitted to LINGUA should not have already been published elsewhere except circulated as conference presentations, nor should they be submitted simultaneously to another journal. To hold publication core values and adherence to accepted publication ethics, LINGUA employs the double-blinded peer-review process for all articles.
